- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping
- Banana slices for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Add the mashed bananas and vanilla extract to the pudding mixture, then fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust, then top with the pudding mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with banana slices before serving.
Notes
For best results, use ripe bananas and chill the bars overnight. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
