Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix sliced potatoes with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer the potatoes in a greased baking dish and pour heavy cream over them.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes
