- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix sliced potatoes with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the potatoes in a greased baking dish and pour heavy cream over them.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
