- 1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 pounds baby red potatoes, quartered
- 1 pound smoked sausage, halved lengthwise and sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Whisk ranch dressing mix, sour cream, and Cheddar cheese together in a bowl until well combined. Add potatoes and smoked sausage, and toss to coat. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are tender and browned, about 1 hour.
