- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; add broccoli during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken strips to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked pasta and broccoli to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
