- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bites
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, adding broccoli in the last 2 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Combine the cooked pasta and broccoli with the sauce, toss to coat, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
