- 1 cup diced ham.
- 2 oz cream cheese.
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
- 1 green onion, chopped.
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce.
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
- 3 tablespoons sour cream.
- 1 cup heavy cream.
- 3 eggs.
- 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust.
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Cook ham in skillet 3-5 minutes to remove moisture.
- Combine ham, cream cheese, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
- Spread ham mixture in pie crust, top with cheddar and green onion.
- Whisk eggs, sour cream and heavy cream together. Pour over ham mixture.
- Bake for 60 minutes until set.
Notes
Can freeze unbaked for later.
Thaw completely before baking.
Reheat frozen baked quiche covered at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
