Mississippi Sin Quiche

A savory quiche filled with ham, two kinds of cheese, and zesty seasonings. All the flavors of Mississippi sin dip baked into a flaky crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced ham.
  • 2 oz cream cheese.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
  • 1 green onion, chopped.
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream.
  • 1 cup heavy cream.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust.

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Cook ham in skillet 3-5 minutes to remove moisture.
  2. Combine ham, cream cheese, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Spread ham mixture in pie crust, top with cheddar and green onion.
  4. Whisk eggs, sour cream and heavy cream together. Pour over ham mixture.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes until set.

Notes

Can freeze unbaked for later.
Thaw completely before baking.
Reheat frozen baked quiche covered at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
