Creamy Spaghetti Chicken Casserole

A comforting and creamy casserole with tender chicken, spaghetti, and a rich cheese sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz spaghetti, cooked al dente
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole along with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
