For the Crust:
- 8 oz spaghetti, cooked al dente
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole along with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
