Instructions
- Place beef roast in the crock pot and sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.Arrange halved red potatoes and chunked carrots around the roast.In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with the Coke and pour over the roast and vegetables.Set the crock pot to low and cook for 6-8 hours until the meat is tender and vegetables are cooked through.
