Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, milk, and ranch dressing mix. Whisk until smooth.Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot. Surround with potatoes and carrots. Pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients.Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours. Optionally, shred the chicken before serving.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with water and stir into the crockpot during the last 20 minutes of cooking.
