Crustless Ham Quiche

Quick crustless quiche with ham and cheese. Ready in 40 minutes with just 5 minutes prep.

Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs.
  • 1 cup heavy cream.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
  • 100g diced ham.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese.
  • 1 green onion, sliced.

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
  3. Add most ham, cheese, onion to dish. Pour egg mix. Top with remaining.
  4. Cook 35 minutes until golden, center slightly wiggles.

Notes

Use half amount if substituting milk.
Keeps 5 days in fridge.
Can be frozen 3 months.
