Ingredients

- 5 large eggs.
- 1 cup heavy cream.
- 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- 100g diced ham.
- 1 cup shredded cheese.
- 1 green onion, sliced.
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch pie dish.
- Whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
- Add most ham, cheese, onion to dish. Pour egg mix. Top with remaining.
- Cook 35 minutes until golden, center slightly wiggles.
Notes
Use half amount if substituting milk.
Keeps 5 days in fridge.
Can be frozen 3 months.
