Decadent Hot Fudge Brownie Bread

A rich and moist brownie bread swirled with hot fudge for an indulgent dessert or snack.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla, stirring well.
  4. Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour half the batter into the loaf pan. Drizzle half the hot fudge sauce over the batter and swirl with a knife.
  6. Add remaining batter, then top with remaining fudge sauce and chocolate chips. Swirl again lightly.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Cool in pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
