For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 4 oz German chocolate, melted
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half the cheesecake filling over the crust. Drizzle with half the caramel sauce, then sprinkle with half the coconut and pecans. Repeat layers.
- Drizzle melted German chocolate over the top. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
