Decadent No-Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake

A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake with layers of German chocolate, coconut, and pecans.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 4 oz German chocolate, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Spread half the cheesecake filling over the crust. Drizzle with half the caramel sauce, then sprinkle with half the coconut and pecans. Repeat layers.
  4. Drizzle melted German chocolate over the top. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
