Double Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies

Rich, fudgy cookies packed with chocolate chips and gooey marshmallow bits for an indulgent treat.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  5. Drop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers are still soft. Cool on wire racks.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
