- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange the banana slices over the crust.
- Spread the drained crushed pineapple over the bananas.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Spread over the pineapple layer.
- Spread the whipped topping over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top, and garnish with maraschino cherries.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
