Banana Split Cake

An easy no-bake dessert that tastes like a banana split.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Arrange the banana slices over the crust.
  3. Spread the drained crushed pineapple over the bananas.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Spread over the pineapple layer.
  5. Spread the whipped topping over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top, and garnish with maraschino cherries.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
