Ingredients

- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons dried basil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients.
- Place steak in a shallow dish and pour marinade over it.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat grill for high heat.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill steaks for 7 to 10 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
Notes
For a spicier version, add more hot pepper sauce. Marinate for no more than 24 hours to avoid overpowering the meat.
