- 24 oz white chocolate chips (3 3/4 cups).
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (1 can).
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- 6 oz dried cranberries (1 1/4 cups).
- 1 pinch salt.
- Sparkling sugar sprinkles (optional).
Instructions
- Line 9×9 square pan with parchment paper, letting it hang over sides.
- Microwave white chocolate and condensed milk for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Heat 30 seconds more if needed.
- Stir in vanilla, cranberries and salt until well combined.
- Pour into lined pan, spread evenly. Add sprinkles if using, press them in slightly.
- Let set at room temperature 2-3 hours or refrigerate until firm.
- Slice into squares and store with wax paper between layers.
Notes
Keeps 2 weeks at room temperature.
Stores 5 weeks in fridge.
Can be frozen up to 3 months.
