Ingredients

- 1 pound pecan halves.
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed.
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
- 20 ounces dark or milk chocolate melting wafers.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spread pecans on baking sheet, top with butter.
- Roast 5 minutes, turn to coat with butter.
- Add salt, roast 5-6 more minutes until done.
- Cool completely.
- Microwave chocolate in 30-second intervals until melted.
- Dip pecans in chocolate, remove excess.
- Place on parchment paper, let harden 45 minutes.
