Easy Meatballs in a Rich Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and chopped onion. Form into meatballs.
  2. In a skillet, brown the meatballs over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and beef broth, simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
