Peanut Butter Cup Pie

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • Filling:
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  4. In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  6. Spread the filling into the cooled crust.
  7. For the topping, heat heavy cream until simmering, then pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
  8. Pour the chocolate mixture over the filling and spread evenly.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Slice and serve chilled.
