For the Crust:
- 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Place pear halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast pears for 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Remove from oven and top each pear half with blue cheese and walnuts.
- Drizzle with honey and serve warm.
