Easy Roasted Pears with Blue Cheese, Walnuts and Honey

A simple yet elegant dish featuring roasted pears topped with blue cheese, walnuts, and a drizzle of honey.

For the Crust:

  • 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Place pear halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast pears for 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
  4. Remove from oven and top each pear half with blue cheese and walnuts.
  5. Drizzle with honey and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
