Rotisserie Chicken Sliders

Quick sliders layered with shredded rotisserie chicken, cheese and veggies, topped with garlic herb butter and baked until golden.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls.
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded.
  • 3 tablespoons spicy mayo.
  • 4 slices smoked provolone.
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickles.
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced.
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced.
  • Garlic Butter:.
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley.
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice rolls horizontally, place in baking dish.
  3. Layer: spicy mayo, chicken, cheese, vegetables.
  4. Mix butter with garlic, parsley, salt.
  5. Add top rolls, brush with garlic butter.
  6. Bake covered 20 minutes, uncovered 5 minutes.

Notes

Multiple ways to shred chicken.
Can use different meats.
Easy to double recipe.
Optional sauces can be added.
