- 1 package Hawaiian rolls.
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded.
- 3 tablespoons spicy mayo.
- 4 slices smoked provolone.
- 1/4 cup sliced pickles.
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced.
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced.
- Garlic Butter:.
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
- 2 garlic cloves, grated.
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley.
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Slice rolls horizontally, place in baking dish.
- Layer: spicy mayo, chicken, cheese, vegetables.
- Mix butter with garlic, parsley, salt.
- Add top rolls, brush with garlic butter.
- Bake covered 20 minutes, uncovered 5 minutes.

Can use different meats.
