- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 package (14 oz) caramels
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans over the crust.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt caramels with evaporated milk, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the chocolate chips and pecans.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
These bars are best stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
