Elegant Lemon Marbled Cheesecake Bars

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C). Line an 8Γ—8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press firmly into the pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and flour.
  4. Divide batter in half. Stir lemon juice and zest into one half.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of both batters onto the crust. Swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
