Instructions

- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add the butter.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly.
- Place the coated bread slices on the heated skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
