Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Flan Recipe

A rich and creamy chocolate flan infused with the flavors of Ferrero Rocher.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and turns into a golden caramel. Pour into a flan mold and swirl to coat the bottom.
  3. In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, melted chocolate chips, chopped Ferrero Rocher, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the caramel in the flan mold.
  5. Place the mold in a larger baking pan and fill the pan with hot water to reach halfway up the sides of the flan mold.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  8. To serve, run a knife around the edge and invert onto a plate.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips. Ensure the flan is fully chilled before unmolding.
