Festive Boursin Cheese Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
  • Fresh herbs like parsley or chives for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  3. Place a dollop of Boursin cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the corners of the pastry over the cheese and seal.
  5. Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.

Notes

These puffs are best served warm and can be made ahead and reheated.
