- 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
- Fresh herbs like parsley or chives for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a dollop of Boursin cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the cheese and seal.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
Notes
These puffs are best served warm and can be made ahead and reheated.
