Festive Christmas Wreath Meringues with Whipped Cream Berries

A delightful holiday dessert featuring light meringue wreaths topped with fresh whipped cream and seasonal berries.

  • Total Time: 80 minutes
  • Yield: 8 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200ml double cream
  • 200g mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 120°C (250°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. Gradually add the caster sugar, one tablespoon at a time, whisking continuously until the mixture is thick and glossy.
  4. Gently fold in the vanilla extract.

  9. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
