- 200g powdered sugar

Instructions
- In a bowl, sift together almond flour and powdered sugar.
- Whip egg whites until foamy, then gradually add granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the dry ingredients and green food coloring to make the batter.
- Pipe the batter into tree shapes on a baking sheet.
- Let the piped macarons rest for 30 minutes, then bake at 150°C for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before filling with buttercream.
- Assemble the trees by stacking macarons and decorate with sprinkles and glitter.
Notes
Ensure the macarons are fully dried before baking to prevent cracking. Store in an airtight container.
