- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Pomegranate seeds and crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a food processor, add the brie cheese and heavy cream.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add honey, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
- Continue blending until fully incorporated and fluffy.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Before serving, top with pomegranate seeds and serve with crackers.
Notes
This dip pairs wonderfully with fresh fruits or vegetables for a lighter option. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
