Ingredients

  • 8 ounces brie cheese, rind removed
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Pomegranate seeds and crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add the brie cheese and heavy cream.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add honey, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  4. Continue blending until fully incorporated and fluffy.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Before serving, top with pomegranate seeds and serve with crackers.

Notes

This dip pairs wonderfully with fresh fruits or vegetables for a lighter option. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
