Instructions
- Season the chicken bites with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken bites and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic, butter, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir until the butter is melted and garlic is fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken and stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in garlic and herbs for 30 minutes before cooking.
