- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak cubes to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned on all sides.
- Reduce heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Stir the steak bites in the garlic butter for another 1-2 minutes until garlic is fragrant and steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak in garlic and herbs for 30 minutes before cooking. Pair with roasted vegetables or a salad.
