- 1 loaf sourdough bread
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the top off the sourdough bread and hollow out the center to create a cavity.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper with olive oil.
- Spread the garlic herb mixture inside the bread cavity.
- Place the brie wheel inside the cavity and top with cranberry sauce.
- Replace the bread top and wrap the entire loaf in foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

For a vegetarian option, ensure the cranberry sauce is free of gelatin. Pair with wine for the best experience.
