  • 1 loaf sourdough bread
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce

  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the top off the sourdough bread and hollow out the center to create a cavity.
  3. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper with olive oil.
  4. Spread the garlic herb mixture inside the bread cavity.
  5. Place the brie wheel inside the cavity and top with cranberry sauce.
  6. Replace the bread top and wrap the entire loaf in foil.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
