For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough around the filling and seal tightly.
- Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
