Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Delicious bite-sized cheeseburger balls stuffed with ground beef, cheese, and garlic, then baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
  4. Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each into a circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough around the filling and seal tightly.
  6. Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
