For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line an 8Γ8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust, then drizzle caramel sauce on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped nuts and mini marshmallows.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes until marshmallows are lightly toasted. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
