For the Crust:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup fresh raspberries, halved
- 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in raspberries and chocolate chunks.
- Drop tablespoon-sized dough portions onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
