Grilled Avocado Caprese Salad

A fresh twist on the classic Caprese salad with grilled avocados.

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, halved and pitted
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 ball fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Grill the avocados cut side down for 5 minutes.
  2. Assemble the salad with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season.
