For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Lime zest for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini pie pans or muffin tins to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice until smooth. Pour the mixture over the crusts.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Spread or pipe the whipped cream over the lime filling.
- Garnish with lime zest and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
