Heavenly No-Bake Mini Key Lime Pies

Delightful mini key lime pies with a graham cracker crust and creamy lime filling, perfect for a refreshing dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Lime zest for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini pie pans or muffin tins to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice until smooth. Pour the mixture over the crusts.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Spread or pipe the whipped cream over the lime filling.
  4. Garnish with lime zest and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
