Heavenly Strawberry Banana Bliss Cheesecake

A creamy and fruity cheesecake combining the sweetness of strawberries and bananas with a rich cheesecake base.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and mashed bananas.
  4. Pour half the batter over the crust. Drop spoonfuls of strawberry jam and chopped strawberries over the batter, then swirl gently with a knife.
  5. Pour remaining batter over the top and smooth. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
  6. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
