Herb-Infused Alfredo Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add chopped basil and parsley, stirring to combine.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream. Pairs well with pasta or vegetables.
