Herb-Infused Alfredo Chicken

A creamy Alfredo sauce infused with fresh herbs, served over tender chicken.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, basil, and thyme until the sauce thickens.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet, coating with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, optionally over pasta.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
