- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- In a separate pan, heat heavy cream over low heat.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add chopped basil and minced garlic to the sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream. Pairs well with pasta or vegetables.
