Herb-Infused Alfredo Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  3. In a separate pan, heat heavy cream over low heat.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add chopped basil and minced garlic to the sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream. Pairs well with pasta or vegetables.
