Herb-Infused Alfredo Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. In a separate saucepan, combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, and garlic. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
