- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- In a separate saucepan, combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, and garlic. Simmer until thickened.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
