Ingredients
Scale
- 4 tablespoons salted butter.
- 1 (10-oz.) package mini marshmallows.
- 7 drops green gel food coloring or 1 tsp water-based green food coloring.
- 5 cups cornflakes.
- Nonstick cooking spray, for hands.
- 45 small red cinnamon candies.
Instructions
- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in large saucepan, add marshmallows and stir until melted. Add green food coloring.
- Remove from heat, stir in cornflakes until well coated. Let cool slightly.
- Using sprayed hands, form 1/3 cup portions into logs, shape into wreaths, place on prepared sheets.
- Add 3 cinnamon candies to each wreath, let set 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use cooking spray on hands to prevent sticking.
Let cool slightly for easier handling.
Can use either gel or water-based food coloring.
