For the Crust:

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
- Stir in cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
- Garnish with fresh chives before serving.
