For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
