  • 4 large apples, cored
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine cranberries, walnuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Core the apples and fill each with the cranberry walnut mixture.
  4. Drizzle each apple with honey and top with melted butter.
  5. Place in a baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until apples are tender.
