Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into mini tartlet pans.
- Bake for 10 minutes; let cool.
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in mashed bananas.
- Spoon the filling into the cooled crusts.
- In a small saucepan, heat honey and lemon juice until combined.
- Brush the honey glaze over the tartlets.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
