Honey Jalapeño Peach Chicken – Easy 45-Min Dinner!

A sweet and spicy chicken dish with honey, jalapeños, and peaches, ready in just 45 minutes.

For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 jalapeños, sliced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1 cup sliced peaches (fresh or canned)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and jalapeños. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in honey, peaches, and lime juice. Cook for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over it. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
