Hot Fudge Brownie Bread

A decadent chocolate treat combining the richness of brownies with the soft texture of bread, topped with hot fudge for an ultimate dessert experience.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool slightly, then drizzle with hot fudge sauce before serving.
