For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Pour filling over crust. Bake for 45-50 minutes until center is almost set. Cool completely.
- Cook apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a skillet until tender (about 10 minutes). Cool slightly.
- Spread apple mixture over cooled cheesecake. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
